Pinky's is a little pink trailer run by Rick and Cate. We make donuts the way they used to be made: a simple dough, fried in small batches and rolled in cinnamon sugar while they're still warm.
There's no conveyor belt and no rush. You'll get a proper hello at the window, a chat if you're up for one, and your donuts in a paper bag, just like the ones you remember from the Sunday market.
We're giving the trailer its last coat of paint and testing glazes in the kitchen. Keep an eye out. We'll be parked near you soon.
